These terms govern your use of the Diyar Scents website and any orders you place with us. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Orders and pricing
All prices on our website are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion — for example, in cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized activity, or unavailable stock. If an order is cancelled after payment, any amount paid will be refunded in full.
Payment
We accept Cash on Delivery and online payments (cards, mobile wallets, and bank transfers) processed securely through PayFast. Online payments are handled entirely on PayFast's own secure payment page — we never see or store your full card details.
Shipping and delivery
We deliver across Pakistan. Delivery timeframes and charges are shown at checkout and may vary by location. See our Shipping information page for details.
Returns and refunds
Eligible orders can be returned as described in our Returns policy. Refunds for online payments are issued back to the original payment method; refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer.
Product information
We do our best to display product images, descriptions, and fragrance notes accurately. Minor variations in scent, packaging, or bottle appearance between batches may occur and do not constitute a defect.
Account responsibilities
You're responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. Please notify us immediately at our client care team if you suspect unauthorized use of your account.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Diyar Scents is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of our website or products. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under applicable Pakistani consumer protection law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan.
