Request a return for delivered orders and track approval.
Our return policy
- Returns can be requested within 7 days of your order being marked delivered.
- Items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging to be eligible.
- Once approved, we'll arrange pickup or ask you to ship the item back — we'll confirm which applies to your order.
- Refunds for online (PayFast) payments are returned to your original payment method within 5–10 business days of approval.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer within the same timeframe.
- One active return request is allowed per order.
